Mobile application for Rimidi, a health care technology company that develops cloud-based software that enables remote patient monitoring of chronic or acute conditions across patient populations. Rimidi’s Diabetes Patient App collects blood glucose levels and shares that data directly with your physician.
The app is designed to provide an effortless experience, immediately connecting with the user’s glucometer via bluetooth and retrieving the data with little required interaction. The bold colors and large typography reinforce the reading’s results, allowing for a frictionless understanding of your blood glucose at any time.
